The Outlook Import Wizard setup package includes special MBOX to EML Converter which extracts email files from mbox folders of Thunderbird, Entourage or other software.  The  mbox to eml module is free and can be downloaded separately:

• Required: Microsoft Outlook 98, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2007 installed and configured on your system.
• Recommended: 1.0 GHz processor or higher 512 MB of RAM (1 GB recommended) 10 MB of free hard disk space
