    I have uninstalled the Outlook Import product from all computers where it was installed by me and my representatives.

    I have removed the registration letter and the activation key from my computer and from all other computers where they can probably be located and from all backup copies as well.

    I have read and accepted the refund policy (can be found at the purchase page and within EULA).

    I understand that once a refund is issued, my license key will be deactivated and the software may stop working. I agree to take the necessary measures to delete and destroy the intellectual property for which I am requesting the refund. I understand that any continued use of the software product would constitute wilful copyright infringement for which I may be liable for civil damages of up to $100,000.

    (During the review process, we will require photo identification to verify we're speaking to the real license holder. We accept most government-issued photo IDs: Government-issued photo identification card, driver's licence, driver's permit, or learner's permit; Military photo identification card; Passport; Health card (Denmark); Young Scot Card (Scotland); Family book (Spain); Bank card with owner's signature and picture on reverse (Norway/Sweden). The following types of ID are not accepted (this list is not comprehensive): Expired identification; School-issued photo identification card; Gym membership identification card; Library card; Public transportation cards; Private company ID cards (badges); Screenshots of e-IDs. Why we need ID: Hackers often use personal details to gain access to your licensed information. We require government-issued ID to make sure we’re talking to the legitimate license holder before we make certain changes. We’ll never use your ID for anything other than verifying license ownership. We delete the copy you send us once the refund request is resolved.)
